This is how to stand. In the stand you have your side turning you want, you do not want to face your opponent like this with your body open. not only are you open so you are not protected or there is no defense. but also there is no power when you punch.
So you want to keep your side turn and keep this hand back like this and the shoulder curve..ready for the right hand. Or the jab either way and you are turning your shoulder more and as you jab looking right down as you punch kind of looking at the side of a gun and keeping your chin enclosed to your shoulder and when you punch right hand keep your right hand enclosed to the shoulder here. So you have to keep your feet they are not going to be exactly in the near positionhere and step out..turn this foot just little bit in this direction and turn here.
That should be your stand to your seat and weight is right in the middle of your feet. You don’t want to lean forward or you don’t want to lean back.. Basically on the outside. On the inside you would be leaning forward so that you have something to push against in other words you don’t want to push back.
