If you have all your on back leg you will just get knocked back. So when you punch you shift away from the back leg. So work on that little and later here you would be shifting the away.
Shifting away from the front and back as you punch but on the outside, you keep your weight right in the middle. Then you punch when you will lean forward. So on the jab going out the left hand here out..keep this hand. The common mistake is that this hand is dropping like it is attached every time it is removed this moves. That is not the way it should be.
You keep this hand up with you, if you drop a lot you going to get corner and then going to hit your hook here or the body here. You wanna try that, bring your shoulders and drop your arms around your body and tuck your chin.
