- Rick Tew Ninja Training Boxing Fighting Stance Pt.2
For the fighting stance you want to stand to your feet shows with this is a part. Just like this. You got to stand back and you are going to have that heel..
Right at the distance in the front of the other foot where the toes are. So right there.. that’s the natural distance of the fighting stance. Now we are turn our feet..both to the inside like this..or your right leg outside and your left leg to the inside and we are going to bend our knees slightly. This is your mobile stance..your fighting stance. This right hand comes ups to the knuckles here..right to your jaw. The left hand is now pointing to the skull.
Point right at the jaw of your opponent or to your self at the mirror at your own your height. This is your mobile stance..this is our fighting stance..kind of like that of the boxers stance. So we can move around quickly to move left or right and easily change our stance…one side to the other. Make sure that the heel is approximately to the front of the toes.. See my toes.. right align with that heel and both my heel are going in the slight direction in the right and my knees are bend.. and you can do that just by freezing.
