Less time its Ammm I believe its 5 minutes and 53 seconds we are getting close to the test so lets see how is that gonna be the time today. Lets hope he does good ready go there he comes, there he comes sprinky sprinky sprinky go go go go. that’s  20 yards running when he comes back here he is gonna do 20 tier jumping and then he is gonna do 15 push up, 15 sit ups, back to tier jumping push ups, sit ups again and then finish it with run. I am gonna go there. Jump brief brief time is good don’t loose time now. Crank it man one two three four five six seven eight nine ten eleven twelve thirteen fourteen fifteen sixteen seventeen eighteen nineteen twenty right.</p>
<p>Best push ups ha all the way up, all the way down finish the last one brief  fifteen come on lets go ready, one two three four five six seven eight nine ten eleven twelve thirteen fourteen fifteen, finish the last one that was the half of last one. Alright briefing crack that finger into fast now, got to pick it up the time. Hold your shoulders one come on pick it up two three, push yourself man four five six seven eight come on come on come on nine ten, give me five faster eleven come on, hold your shoulders twelve thirteen two more fourteen hold your shoulders man fifteen alright get up brief. </p>
<p>We get this tier again brief, come on got to get your timing here now. One two three four ya five six seven brief now eight nine ten eleven twelve thirteen fourteen fifteen sixteen seventeen eighteen nineteen twenty alright brief now brief. Take your push up all the way to the last one. Have to do maximum alright one two three four five six seven eight nine come on ten eleven twelve thirteen fourteen fifteen. Alright brief and crank it  one oh come on you got to fasten that, two come on three four five got to fasten man six hold your shoulders seven eight got to fasten in that nine come on it is a last one ten. Come on five more eleven hold your shoulders twelve bring up thirteen come on fourteen come on fifteen. Come on run like to win come on come on come on get a big this thing come on let’s run  let’s run  let’s run  keep running keep running keep running brief while you are running. Come on okay come back come back come back. Oh man pick it up we got to do less in less time, the less one gonna be fast come on come on. Ammm come on come on come. <p>Ok, moving in now with round house kick and side kick so we are going to incorporate moving skills into these attacks now. Just break down the balls, it will help the kids to start in from there.</p>
<p>So round house kick, kick with the top of the foot or the shin from that we are going to relate. Got up from there because the twist and then kick out like self. So back up from there, twist and kick. Halting those toes out. Ok, striking from that part from there, ok?</p>
<p>The second kick that we have is a side kick, really powerful kick. We are striking this one with the heel from this, use a leg like this time so as I come into the kick, shake of the leg and side kick out leg extending the heel. So again, change your leg up, side kick out and bring it back in like still from there.</p>
<p>So we do it up with using the lead leg. I will do it from the side angle so that you can see it a bit better. First I am going to do is I am sliding in to the kick by half stepping. So I am coming to the kick from step up, round kick and then move back up. The reason why I am doing this is because my opponent is not going to stand there so we need to be able to move in to the attack to get close there by sliding in. </p>
<p>So, the coming in, one and then coming back out of the kick. Side kick now with the heel, same movement moving in one and then coming back up. Thiiiiiis coming back up. You will be back up. Ok. Will you do it now? So we are doing full step feet movement back and then adding the kick in as well. So now we are going in there with round house kick, stepping in, stepping down and then coming right back to the stance. So kick and come back up.</p>
<p>Side kick, same leg, remember with the heel. So shaking with the leg, kicking, move forwards and back up to the stance very quickly. Ok, so again, Thiiiiiis… come back up. So want to be able to practice of either leg ok? With either kick to be able to develop that skill.</p>
<p>If you think you got that, next little stage that you can develop is what we call full slide from there. Specially useful I you are interested in the points barring applications. If you look at this kick from there, it has little bit of soft bounce. When I do it, I move two feet together, but suppose this leg moving first so moving in, and we are just kicking and back up. This looks hopping in and then I am kicking. Frot there, kick and then come back up. One more time, kick and then move back up itself.</p>
<p>That completes the side kick and the round house kick with the attacking movement skills incorporated.

<p>Now we gonna work on a head and arm choke cross body position. A lot of times, you know we guys keep his arms down tucked in we trying to get into move his arm up. There is log of different ways, we can do that. And lot of times manipulating the face, you know, turning the face and the jaw, always brings up. And arm to push but you cant always rely on it. So what i would like to here is take my left hand right on the hip and then i am just dropped a kind of a heavy cross body, drop my body down.</p>
<p>I bring my left leg as close as to the shoulders flat, so now here what i am gonna do, is i am gonna take that knee and i am gonna slight up, so my keen comes underneath the shoulder. Now as i do that i am gonna make sure i keep that so i move up for this position and stay in the same position with my hand grabbing the hip for some control. Now i am gonna do some, rich my arm through and i am gonna gran my whole thigh, as deep as possible i can, so as i come through, i am reaching through and i am gonna grab, as far through as i can make sure this is tight.</p>
<p>Now this is the important part. If right here, by this gonna go like this and turn my hip he can drop and tuck his elbow underneath. So what i need to do, is as i got this trap here, and i am gonna change my hip position, as i set my hip through, tight to his body now. Lot of people get this position and they feel weird, or anything else. The important thing to remember is i am gonna bring my head down and i am gonna put on his hip, right here like this.

The number of people learning this technique is quite less, even the masters in this technique are also not so large. The basic reason could be as it is not yet known to people. Ont eh contrary, as this is a kind of mix of judo and karate, people knowing either of these two can learn this technique easily.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This video is useful for Mixed Marshal Art enthusiasts. The man, Corey Hill started Mixed Marshal Art around one and a half year ago. He was a champion in Taekwondo, another style of Marshal Arts. He went to the level of Olympics in 135 pounds category. Corey Hill did achieve great things but that was 10 long years before he joined FFA in April 2008. </p>
<p>In those ten years, he quit Taekwondo. He got into music and got into fast food and unhealthy life style. This took a toll on his body and he started visiting doctors and hospitals quite often but after joining FFA, he rediscovered health and now he strongly supports and recommends FFA for anybody who is serious about getting into mixed Marshal Art.</p>

<p>How is it going? I am Corey Hill, a… started in FFA about an year and a half ago, a… ya, probably April of 2008 is when I started. A… I was began.. a.. I was a national champion in Taekwondo, I mean I was really successful than on the junior a.. Olympic side and a.. then a.. got into the music, kind of fell off and burnt out of training every single day I mean Taekwondo and I have already seen the UFC on one and a couple of them. I was a big fan of the UFC and I kind of knew that Taekwondo, from real life applications of Chinese and their fights and I’m just seeing it first hand against other mite Marshal Art a.. wasn’t really the most effective tool, </p>
<p>so I really start focusing on my music, you know, I used to compete at Taekwondo a.. 135 pounds now next thing you know, a.. ten years later, a.. at least ten years later, a.. I’m easily to 125 pounds to 130 pounds. Lot of muscle just of a a.. fat, I’m very unhealthy, going to the hospital, you know, emergency rooms, probably about six times a year, you know, bills stacking up on that, seeing doctors trying to get figure out on what’s wrong with me and it really was just my life style, very unhealthy life style a… you know &#8212; fast food arena, fast food baby, a… quick fixes, you know just not home foods, not very healthy foods, fast food and it &#8212; carbs in me with all the coke you know a… the Coca Cola and all that stuff. </p>
<p>Kind of just took a toll on my body for the worst and you know finally I had a good friend of mine you know come into.. on my life you know and kind taken you know show me you know here this is why doing wrong and it kind of guide me of the dust style into a life style start getting me into training and I got into FFA you know this is one of the schools that he heard about, a.. training wise, and I want a FFA and I joined. </p>
<p>Now I can speak a lot of good about FFA because you know lot of people they only joined one school and that’s all they really know but you know when I got into my whole phase, I really got real crazy about this and a.. you know it was 3 days and there’s.. there’s a real method to the science you know lot of people that are not experienced into it don’t really understand the toll a… m… MMA fight puts on your body. So you know my first signed up here like its only 3 days a week &#8212;- for activity I was th.. .. in my head I thought that wasn’t enough so I even went out and joined another school American Top Team and you know when I had the pr… pu..a.. the first shift training on both and what I noticed was just that a… </p>
<p>I was getting a crazy of work out a… in the FFA side and I was being really soar and you know American Top Team we missed a good work out but a.. you know just something let me delay you know it’s only &#8212; tough and I’m feeling this and 3 days a class and this is not even the big the strong class. Just imagine how would be when I go &#8212;- and share enough &#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;</p>
<p>It was true you know, the coaches are really you know good my main coach &#8212;&#8212; he is a Abu Dhabi US champion. He’s the one of the best grab there is &#8212;&#8211; fighter. I take great pride in working with him and I also have a… coach with his friend Reice who is a great coach and a great fighter as well. It was &#8212;- and Marcos who teach to 8.30 class, I am privileged enough to attend and a..  its very disturbed a community the family here, the bond you know they have &#8212;&#8211; together, you know its not just giving here you can’t just you know &#8212;- you just get thrown into the vows you know, they really care you along the right way you know they know there are more &#8212; than you know enough saying and sometimes you got trusting there judgment and you know they’re head on on right and expose you with the a… new curriculum &#8212; in testing. Its really beneficial and strong ffacoach.com. its really useful as FFA space, a… but the FFA coach I feel is really good to  video curriculum a… is a must to watch you know what </p>
<p>I mean &#8212; a must practice it just make training for the techniques &#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8211; that much easier and a.. its just a really good privilege to train at the school. You know its great training a.. its a great facility you know not many schools have, I don’t know of any school &#8212;  facility that &#8212;&#8212;- . Gyms, you know they got a full fledged gym in here and they got open a.. &#8212; you know all the time a… from 7 pm in night to 10 in the morning and its open on weekends. A… I mean everything about this place is just really good the people, staff a… students, the coaches and I really think on anybody who signing up really wanted to get an experience this sort of school to do it at and I strongly support and recommend FFA for anybody who’s serious about getting into mixed Marshal Art.
