Yet another jujutsu one on one exercise class drill you can do with your friend, your son or one of your relatives.

Always be careful. Jujutsu one on one are drills, exercises to improve your balance disruption and leverage skills for self-defense situation. Start slow gradually increases the situation of resistance and power. Okay here’s a situation, this is a just a simple exercise to get used to some of the alternative that you will try to break out of something.Lets say Steve grabs me right here.

Ok now depending on angles and stuff you always want to get centered if you can. You can’t always get everything perfect but a lot of times if you take it a deep breath and push down, the air down here, like you are blowing on a balloon drops your weight. If you can get – dodge reach back here with your torso this way – a lot of times you might be able to step in and get this elbow in towards the collar bone here and press in.

Now once you do that they might let go. Hold on don’t give it back and then wind up and smash him a few times.
