How are you doing? Okay here’s another Jujutsu one on one drill to do with you partner. Ummm - always train safe build resistance up slowly before you start doing more dynamic powerful moves.
Work towards greater resistance. You want to get your coordination and your timing right. Okay let us say if this happens, Steve fell down here and let’s say I got to this position that we were talking about before but just as, as a possibility, I do this - Steve starts to - turn - he starts to pull himself up - he starts to push into me. Okay now this is going to depend on my body type and the person.
So this might not be a drill for all types of body types. We’ve realized that with all these strokes. So let’s just say - Steve just fell- ok he comes up - so I come in here - I’m coming in I’m leaning in here okay.
“God.”
“Uhhuhhuh okay that’s what I’m doing. Coming in and here. Did we go fast there? So he just fell boom! As he tries to move see -then I push his head down because I didn’t want him to turn towards me.
