So, by preparing it, allows me to make this minor corrections and deliver your technique. Do this with all your foot technique all your kicks, turning kicks, hooking kicks etc. if you look into gain height in your kicks you need to relax the groin muscles. So, let’s start again with the side kick.

Step as you could balance, preparation, now execute. While executing you need to relax the groin muscles. by relaxing the muscles allow you higher height, hold to the count to 5 retract set back down and do this will all the kicks you are familiar with turn kick, hooking kick and advanced 180 hooking, good. That includes our isometric stretching workshop.
