Are you an adult whose always thought about taking martial arts classes but you think maybe you are too old or not in shape. Flexibilty- you are gonna go over stretching not on your legs or kicks but your upper body and increase that flexibility so you can perform the kicks that we do in karate as well as just avoid injury in day to day life. Cardiovascular development that’s the health of your heart, your lungs your breathing. That’s something that’s gonna be very important in your martial arts development. And the third area of physical fitness is just strength. Doing things to make your arms, your legs, your core center stronger.
Having strong abdominal muscles is a great way for an adult to avoid back problems later in life. So those three areas you are going to cover on a weekly basis. Flexibilty, cardiovascular development and strength development in a professional atmosphere while you are working with other adults that have the same goals that you do. And while you are going over three areas of fitness you are going to be learning how to defend yourself which is something that is very important for an adult to be aware of in this violent world in which we live today. And at the same time you are going to be having fun.
