We are going to do A.O.D drill. A.O.D hmm..is a…it stand for anticipated offenses D for..Defensive…drill. What happens is the techniques are designed when people catch you in corner.
It should be other options that you should be able to utilize when you are prepared.. When you anticipate when some one is going to attack you. You wan to be able to shorten your response. Hmm..ah..These type of exercises forms sets fill in the hole of techniques. Number one is for punch..Okay and for this straight punch what we going to do is slap and take it off. Put energy in your hands and start taking it off and divert it…and we going to index underneath it.
Now what that does is that separate the arm and the rest of the body and the fact that it is no longer a tight connection that is disassociated. So we throw the punch..absent any other mechanism is very very strong punch…and if is going to hit you..its going to hurt you. But if I do this.
This creates a reflection of my selection and index under neath. This is going to become a negative bang and now the arm swift is here.
