Your arm is weak..okay. Get keep the mass behind him. So thats the first thing. Second my arm is going to go in this neutral position..and I get on the reflection and position to check and second going to punch if necessarily or drop with the secondary punch low.
So what we gonna do for this position is, from here I will drop my arm off straight down and tap his arm. I am not trying to pull it. I am not pushing down. All I am doing is tapping it because when I tap his extended arm it loads the arm with the weight that the body is not anticipating..and then the muscles of the structure have to compensate. Now the muscles of the body do two things. It not only supports the structure but it also protects it…and if you can force the muscles to reside themselves more to the support of the structure then it has to bend it to a certain extent.
Protection..and this is what happens when we do that. We throw the punch and it is not in comfort. This nerve here is conception terminus point, he is not open. so if I hit him I will get back a trauma, but I won’t hit the \activatoin of the nerve. However, I do that..it opens up..okay. Once again slowly…and right there. The nerve opens up. So thats what we doing… in the exercise. Put it all together and drill we go back to and fro. Thats the only drill.
In case you didn’t see the video in part 1 of this series… here it is again.
