My name is Shiman Aldridge I’m a second degree black belt in Taekwondo. I’m here with ExpertVillage and today we’ll be going over beginner cardio kickboxing.
Alright now that our heart rate is up we could use this bag when you want to do some workouts doing some abs and some upper body with some push ups. This bag is a great bag to use but if you cant just because we’re doing beginner cardio we would like to use the our little dragon bag.
What we wanna do is, I want you guys to walk it out you know just do pump kicks, walk it out get your heart rate down, keep your guards up. Always make sure your guards are up. After we do that we’re going to slowly walk it out. And what we’re gonna do first is we’re gonna work on push ups. This bag is great to use because it’s low and it’s going to give you a little bit height.
Notice I still have my gloves on, I can still move my fingers so what I’m gonna do is come down and put my legs right on there and I’m gonna do a set of 5.
In case you didn’t see the video in part 1 of this series… here it is again
