This is a thin twine so there fore you’re actually almost pretty much striking the board its little bit wrapped around twice and the twine is a rougher surface so now you’re conditioning the skin and also the burn of your hand when you strike. When you strike in this here you’re actually not trying to strike through it your actually just mainly just condition your hand and get use to striking and condition the skin of this.
