Michael here with Christian martial arts on behalf of expertvillage we are going to learn today how to break boards with your hands.
Now, before we actually start breaking boards you also want to be able to condition your hands in order to break those boards…a..some people’s hand’s you know little bit more sensitive than others and i will see you your knuckles and everything else then you will be a little bit condition. Some guys who have been in the board breaking for a long time they definitely conditioned their hands and they have actually developed calcium deposits on top of their knuckles and that way the condition their hands in order to..to..a.. actually not being able to feel the board when they punch.
One way to start out is what we call a Macroloid board, its the board which has been wrapped in twine or rope so can actually just go hardware store and but some rope and..a..start wrapping around the board. Also keep inn mind that different types of rope will condition your hands a different ways.
