Boom.
This is a mobile stance a fighting stance kind of like that of a boxer’s stance. So we can move around quickly shift around left and right and you can easily change your stance from one side to other, making sure that the heel is approximately in front of the toes.
See my toes right in line with that heel and both my feet are going in a slight direction to the right and my knees are bent And you can do that just by freezing.
