That is your diagonal stroke, get a little bit comfortable with it, go ahead, set up, and blast it. Oh.. bring that back to..oh bring that through front hand..back hand front hand..Backhand…and that is your diagonal stroke. Now in to the Handoff section of the tape. I hope you enjoyed everything so far..it going to be little plunder as we go along. Okay if you remember, in first part of the table, we talked about your basic circle and your one to one ratio.

Now this we are going to do by actual handoff. When we give it a flow, we will take this to the hand over here, bring it down, and stop it. A bit here and stop..And stop. Thats a handing off the opposite step.

So you can go ahead and do that. Then you get off time double clutching. Now thats a lot fun. You start just quite simple like this..and you do one and the other as it starts then you are off time kind of sounds like a horse gallop..
