As we do our one on two ratio in a upward motion. What we are going to do inside of this move we are going to let our thumb come in to play. We gonna roll it right around on the thumb..so as we do our one to two..boom..there it is.

There is our throw..Now just like we did on other hand roll we are going ahead and roll around our hand to continue the motion. Thats the same thing..only the opposite direction. We will get more it to that in take two. Then as you are doing your one to two you just put your thumb there and let it roll around your thumb. So you do your one to two and right back over the hand. One to two soothes it around your thumb. One to two. So as we doing our one to two ratio..we are going to throw and catch and smooth it out. Give yourself a little time and do this one to two.

So you have nice clean release on the next throw…and come right all around…and then you can time together..just like. Master Cassidy is going to hold this board up for me. Now remember when you are holding the board like this and if you are breaking the board you want to go with the grind, you don’t have to fight against with the grind. Now that you couldn’t break the board but it sure it not going to be easy. Also as you go with the grind you are going to whole almost the strike. its going to be little simple strike. So as I pull back I got the chux in this position. It should come along the basic hole on a back. So now lets do diagonal strike.

The same one you did back before from upper right to lower right. Very simple stroke. On our last stroke it was a four hand stroke..now lets do a backhand stroke. We are going to start this off up of the left hand corner and hold the chux in the right hand and of course it reverse if you are left handed and we are going to do a back hand stroke. Now lets take a look what happened if you accidentally got your leg in the path of this.
