So that’s the cross. it’s like that boom, boom. So what we’re gonna do today is when you do jab, put the left, pivot on the back foot, cross and bring your hand right back up.
We’re going to use the weights for extra training and we’ll do it slow and feel the technique. You watch the other clip you’ll see you can use one, two, three, for, five pounds weight, whatever feels comfortable. Now the trick is when you do your jab the other hand never drops. That’s part of your work out. So always keep your hands up at all times. And you’re gonna jab off left and then cross it to right and bring it right back in. Jab. Cross. Right back in. Jab. Cross. And keep your elbows in tight. Jab. Cross.
Pivot on the back foot each time. Jab. Cross. Back. Jab. Cross. Okay. That’s it.
