Cross your fingers. Elephants all the way down, are going all the way out. Go. Now wear on the wrpa and put the thumb through the thumb loop okay…and take one wrap around the thumb and go right up to the hand and your knuckles and go about three times okay..two..three..and then I go back down cross down to the wrist and go about three or four times over the wrist..one..two..three..I go one more four and then I go up and between my middle fingers okay.
Bring it back around and then lock it here with the welcrow. Okay..thats a nice secure wrap. This will protect your hands and your wrist. A straight punch start from the fighting stance with the elbow and..okay and all it does is goes straight out until your palm is facing the ground. You kind of quark squeeze okay. There is like the quark squeeze punch because it gives a little exercise to snap and power okay.
The jab comes out from here from my right hand gets a hip into it. Behind every good powerful punch is a good hit movement. Okay…sometimes I just do drills where we just punch non-stop okay as you saw…and sometimes you put it into a combination like four punch combination.
