I have teams that I call junior teams and adult teams that I have made more champions and champions’ teams. Now today I wanna be doing some drills, some training drills that help you out here fighting also give you some instructions. So these are some good ideas for you guys to do to your students. Today, I am gonna do the demonstration with one my lemo and getting two future world champions. Now see our Roowen. Roowen gonna do now is de felted back kick, that has many name, de side, de side daring kick, tuckitoes and any names. But this the way we are going to do it today. Basically, there is a back kick, ok. That’s it. Where they heal. Now its like a side kick because, it comes from bottom down, it holds you down, your knees is down, right, ok. So lets this basically, how we want to start. You grab the hold of pad on one of the targets. And first you want to start like this, just to get motion.
