No you got to pull your leg back fast so nobody grabs your leg. So when you kick the other half of the workout is pulling it back fast. You can feel it work it a lot.

So at home you can practice it after you are done the boxing workout you can go in your kicks and get a whole workout at home and just drill by kicking and bring it back…and you can practice it kicking to somebody’s knee.. as you still need to bring up first and go down and bring it back or the middle the middle or you can practice to the face and come back down..and when you are done with that of course you want to do it the other side and work evenly. Do your kicks or you can practice high your super high flexible but bring your knee up first and kick and bring it back.

So we just did the front snap kick another way to strike in kicks and really get into intense workout is to bring your knee up and hold something to balance your thighs and then extend your leg up and take your hand away and hold it. Keep your back straight and just hold it.

Try to start with belt for ten or fifteen seconds and built up from there and come down..and of course you what to do the other side so bring your knee up as high as you can and extend it straight up and flex your foot and bring your other hand like this and hold it up

In case you didn’t see the video in part 1 of this series… here it is again.
