Hi next we are going to do is the front snap kick which is really easy.
You can do it right in your own living room and practice to get better…and..mm.. it is a really good workout. So you are going to put your left leg in front and right leg in the back have your back low of this side. You do not want to do like this and loosing your balance have it right here of to the side…and.. it is really simple. Put your knee up press your heel out and come back. Now reason to lift your knee is if you do not.. the kick will go straight up to somebody’s body.
The more you lift your knee up and push it out it goes it into them..aahh..put your opponent and another thing is that use your heels so that you do not hurt your toes. If your toes are down you can break your toes. So you are going to bend you front knee, lift your knee up and snap it and bring it back.
Now the thing that people forget is the thing that they think they are done after they kick it out.
