Ok i know this you gonna look like a little bit crazy. But at the end of the day you have to do if you really want to get better of this you have to do a lot of fights and lot of hours has been put to develop these static skills.
And lot of use of this develop static skills in order to do to be produce this. You know always gonna have to impart what is available. Some times you gonna have to improvise saving by your self. So one thing that i do when i am trying to have butts do this lightly officially i mean this is a judgment called you know doesn’t 18 right? It’s difficult on this DVD. If your under a8, should not be doing this and do not try this if your age 18 and preferable speak to the instructor first before you have to do.
This is how i practice if i am on my own and have got something’s to work with. So the head butt is simply not necessary for you use hard target training banging away on heavy bags and if you did, you’re damaging your self.
