Okay, one of the most high percentage effective ways to control or escape are what we call- neck tie, double neck tie, kuong position is when he grabs my neck,ok.I’ve got to. I’ve got to have one hand here.

This one is and I need something to block again block and this would be my overhand or do it again and give my uppercut. O.k. from right here I’ve just got good control. Am going to reach this hand across grab this shoulder its easier, with the forearm lift his head and either gonna reach in and regrab or do that again and wedge, pull me in tight, this is how he’ll pull me in and this is when I lift this up. Okay one more time. Pull, wedge, and reach in - shoulder - hold. Number 1.

Number 2 - This is when I go here lift this, I push this up my head. Now look at his arms. He still has a throw around my neck that I have to try and move apart. And this is good for take outs through your hip roll. Ok grab - wedge - I wipe like this. Wedge, wipe this off.

I can also shut this down and grab his head and knee him. Ok he grabs, I wedge either I push this off or inside arm grab or shot and reach out and grab his head.

Ok, wedge even if you pull this down, wedge down and regrab his head.
