What we gonna work on is showing you, how to actually do the thigh pad right. I go to gyms everywhere and see guys holding their thigh pads in wrong way. I have trained in Thailand, I have had type trainers here in our camp, here in America. And there is a right way and wrong way to hold the thigh pads. You not win if you do the thigh pads wrong. The way we don’t wanna do it, a lot of guys think, they need to stick these thigh pads. Watch Jason, kick me. See what happens, I get hit in the face, there is no resistance. When I need to do here, is I am gonna create a stamina inside him. What I am gonna do is, hold the pads out.
