The striking surface of the hammer fist again will be the bottom part of the fist. On the palm strike, we’ll use the reverse hand.
A palm will set the flex the wrists back and bring in the fingers in a thong for safety as you’ll be striking with the palm heel of the wrist. Place it just like a punch. And we can strike. That is a palm strike and next strike we’ll use as a back fist. We’re gonna use the back of the hand to make, to strike the target. We’ll start, like your listening to a watch. So place the back of the wrist under the ear or neck and the strike begins on the top.
And again, pulling out the elbows, we’ll extend the arm at the very end, as usual, twist the wrist. Wanna add some energy in your yells or energy in your techniques. Use you yell.
